- How is keeping their top 2 lines and top 4 defensemen is dismanteling the whole team? They let some fringe players go but the core is signed for years to come. They didn't lose anybody that was essential.

- Sure looks like from the video that the truck went OFF the track and into the people as it was flipping over. Everyone was very close to the track but somehow only those that were kill and injured were stupid for being that close.

- Willian J Brock Do you think the promoters knew the dangers? You betcha. Did the promoters fail to have any saftey features? You betcha. Does that make them liable? You betcha.

- You and others are missing the point that RA Nelson is trying to make. The fact that the promoters made no effort to have any kind of saftey measures in place could make them liable in a lawsuit. The fact that the spectators were careless and stood so close is not the point.

- I agree. I do think that the people were too close to the track but still the promoter is responsible for ensure there is some saftey to the spectators.
